Robb Sabrowski has over 20 years of experience in residential construction. Known throughout the region for his integrity, honest communication, ethical standards, and exceptional craftsmanship. Robb approaches every project with the same standard of excellence regardless of size or scope. He has completed training and received his CAPS — Certified Aging in Place Specialist certification through the National Association of Home Builders, bringing formal expertise to an already extensive career.

Melinda brings a perspective that truly sets Advance at Home apart. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Senior Home Safety Specialist through Age Safe America & Certified Dementia Caregiver through the Alzheimer’s Association. Melinda combines real-world caregiving experience with specialized home safety knowledge. She understands how the right home modifications can transform life for older adults wanting to age in place, or anyone navigating a change in how they live.
